Grab some little tins, some old photos and images, and let's make something fun!

It's as easy as it can be to decorate these little tins. Use the top as a template for the circle and cut it out. (For little tins with clear plastic, you can pop the plastic out and use it as the template)
Then just slip the circle image in under the glass and press it into place along the edges using your fingernail.
See how the plastic slips out. Another thing you can do with the plastic covers that you can't do with the glass ones is add a little button or bead to the top. Here's an idea of how to add a button to the top.
Punch a hole in the middle of the circle through the plastic and paper circles at the same time. (I used my crop-a-dile to make the hole).

Now, what you'll do is thread a ribbon through a button. Take both ends of the ribbon and thread it through the one hole in the circles, both ends at the same time. Now put each end through a hole in another button and tie together.

Try making miniature collages like this little bird who roars!

Another idea is to add your image to the bottom of the tin. This is especially nice if you're only putting a few bits and pieces, like a few buttons, in the tin so that the image shows through.

Hey, friends! These tins shown will be given away, filled with fun little treasures. For your chance to win, check the blog for the giveaway notice and leave a comment.
